Achievements:
*Signing of the Mekong Hydropower Optimization Study with the Ministry of Energy and Mines of Lao PDR(2008-2009). This engineering contract was for the study of the optimization scheme of five Mekong Mainstream Hydropower Projects, totalizing 5500 MW of installed capacity.

*Signing of the Mekong Falls sustainable micro & small hydropower study (FASEP) with both the French Governement (funder) and the Government of Laos (beneficiary).

*Various engineering consulting contracts with the Mekong River Commission related to hydrology, navigation, sedimentation...

Feasibility Study on Biomass wastes valorization on a 50,000Ha fast growing trees plantation. Key tasks were:
- Biomass resource assessment
- Feasibility study of a Wood pellets production plant (pelletization)
- Feasibility study of a Biomass power plant
The proposed innovative business solutions included a 3MW biomass power plant and revealed substantial milti level savings.

Founder and manager of a Joint-venture company aiming to develop small-scale Hydropower projects. NNHPC is now the first 100% private IPP in Laos. I entirely managed the development phase of the Nam Nhone Hydropower Project (3.0MW, 5M$), including:
-Technical supervisions of studies (FS, EIA, design, etc.), and biding, project assessment
-Company registration
-Drafting and negotiation of key contracts (article of associations, status, PPA, CA)
-Financial set-up, project registration towards CDM and carbon credit awarding
-Design and management of the company website
-Sale of the company, negotiation and follow up.

In charge of two projects:
-FM Logistic corporate restaurant in Khimky (1500m2)
-FM Logistic Wharehouse in Tchekhov (45,000m2)
In charge of heating, air conditionning, sanitary, ventilation and fire hose network, I was responsible for the procurement, logistic, sub-contractor coordination and management, customer relationship and construction follow-up for both projects.
Had to live the position to come back to my studies in France.
